What exactly do I pay?
$2,500 USD to enroll, then $400 USD a month. The program runs 3 months. After that, $400 a month keeps the weekly calls and the app. Cancel any time. If you cancel, you lose app access.
Can I just buy the app?
No. The app is not for sale on its own. The only way to use CountEdge is through the program. That is on purpose. The app works because a coach reads the data it collects. Software alone was never the product.
What does "profitable" mean in the guarantee?
Profitable means a positive EV/hour rate based on your bet ramp, your true count distribution, and your decision accuracy as measured by the app. We use the same math the books use: Griffin for indices, Schlesinger for variance, Kelly for sizing. If after 3 months the math says you are not a profitable counter, you get your money back.
Do I need to know basic strategy before I start?
No. The first weeks lock you onto basic strategy until you are perfect, then add counting, then deviations, then bet spread. Most beginners are at index play by week six. The program is built for someone starting from zero.
What happens after the 3 months?
You keep paying $400 a month and you keep the weekly calls and the app, or you cancel. If you cancel you lose app access, but your account and your history stay. Come back and it is all still there. The program is built to make you self-sufficient, not dependent.
Do I have to travel to Kelowna for the test-out?
Yes if you want the in-person live casino session. That session is the capstone of the program and only happens in Kelowna. If travel is impossible we run the test-out remote, the app verifies the play, and you skip the live casino piece. You still qualify for the guarantee.
What's the refund policy if I don't meet the call and hands requirements?
The guarantee covers people who do the work. Three calls a month and 5,000 hands a month for the full 3 months. Miss the calls or the hands and the guarantee does not apply. We make this rule because we have seen what happens without it. People blame variance instead of volume. The numbers do not lie if you put in the volume.
Is card counting still viable in 2026?
Yes. Hi-Lo on a 6-deck H17 DAS LS game with decent penetration is still positive EV. The casinos have not changed the math, they have changed the heat. Cover play is part of the program for that reason. Anyone who tells you counting is dead is selling you something else.
